What is PFC?

PFC is a brand, lifestyle, and movement founded by life transformation architect, Townsend Wardlaw.

Peace, Freedom and Connection are sensations we all seek. Few have attained all three feelings at once, and if they have, generally haven’t been able to maintain them.

But there’s a secret.

Peace, Freedom and Connection are feelings that can’t be generated by “doing” or “getting” something. In fact, they are already inside of each of us. We just need to BE them.

Peace, Freedom and Connection are free and limitless. They are Included With Life.

Peace

Peace represents the state we experience when we are in absolute acceptance of this moment exactly as it is. Peace feels entirely neutral, and, in some ways, this is unsettling. Peace is always accessible and has nothing to do with our circumstances. We can experience Peace regardless of whether life is pleasant or painful. Peace as powerful because it allows us to allocate 100% of our energy to what we move towards rather than squandering it on resistance to what we are trying to avoid.

Freedom

Freedom represents the state we experience when we perceive life as occurring without constraints. Freedom is the sense of possibility and joy that emerges when we decouple circumstances (that occur outside of us) from our experiences of life (that arise inside of us). Freedom comes from awareness of and acceptance of our infinite and unlimited access to actions. At the same time, Freedom requires we surrender the desire for control over or protection from specific outcomes. To experience Freedom at any moment, one must only accept that no action is ever outside our power while few (if any) results are.

Connection

Connection is the experience of our oneness with all of life. Each of us is born as part of and connected to our mother. The severing of our umbilical cord is the beginning of an unrelenting journey meant to convince us of our separation from one another. With each passing day, we long for a return to that feeling of Connection. We are all created from and made up of the same energy. Similarly, each of us returns our energy to the Universe at the end of our journey. For me, Connection is the experience of this oneness with all of life during our lifetime.
